President · Enrolled Agent
CPA and Enrolled Agent with over fifteen years of experience delivering accurate tax, accounting, and payroll solutions for companies and individuals. MBA in Finance, BA in Economics; speaks five languages. Licensed in California and with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) to assist clients with mortgage or loan services.
Earlier in her career in Mongolia, Aigul served as an internal auditor and fraud investigator for the Central Bank of Mongolia. Her family established the Mekei Foundation — honoring her father, a world-renowned mathematician and former President of the National University of Mongolia — which funds the annual Mongolian Regional Math Olympics for youth. Aigul also sits on the boards of three organizations.

Accounting and business degrees from San Francisco State University. More than twenty years of experience across investments — especially real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. Sam manages the company and leads the real estate and mortgage/loan division.
